You can try SimplBooks for 30 days completely free of charge! Creating an account is risk-free and does not commit you to anything. You can change your plan if necessary by contacting our support team.

The MINI-plan is designed for small-scale bookkeeping. The package includes accounting entries and basic reports. It does not include sales or purchase invoices or integrations. The price includes 1 user and no additional users can be added.

In addition to accounting entries and reports, the BASIC-plan includes for example sales and purchase invoices, extended reports, customer and supplier register and the possibility of integrations. The price includes 1 user, additional users are available at an extra charge per user according to the price list.

The PLUS-plan is the most comprehensive of our plans and includes all our features. In addition to the previously mentioned, it includes recurring periodic invoices and bulk invoice sending. The price includes 1 user, additional users are available at an extra charge per user according to the price list.

The OFFICE-plan is intended for accountants and accounting firms. The price includes 10 companies and 3 users for each company. Additional companies can be added for an extra charge per company according to the price list. As with the PLUS package, the package includes all the features of the software.

VAT will be added to presented prices.

Answers to questions

Yes, using SimplBooks is secure. Each company has a separate database that comes with a unique, non-public access address. The connection between your computer and SimplBooks is encrypted. All your data is backed up for two weeks, so if anything should happen, it can be recovered. In addition, SimplBooks has a user activity log, so as an administrator you can see who has done what. You can restrict and configure user permissions very precisely and lock previous periods to avoid accidental changes.

There can be only 1 user per MINI-plan. BASIC- and PLUS-plans include 1 user, but you can create an unlimited number of additional users. In the OFFICE-plan, each company already includes 3 users.

All upgrades are free of charge to all users and are included in the plan price. In addition, the upgrades are automatic. They will not interrupt your work but make it faster and easier. New upgrades depend on the plan.
